Minister calls for concerted efforts to curb mother and child mortality
Dr. Anita Asiimwe, the Minister of State in charge of Public Health and Primary Health Care, has urged health departments to join hands in the fight against mother and child mortality. She made the call today during the launch of the Mother, Adolescent and Child Health Week in Gisagara District, Southern Province.
